Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

At Pyrocrafters, we ship all of our Ready to Ship items within 1 – 2 BUSINESS DAYS. Exceptions to this would be Holidays that may cause a delay in shipping options. We normally ship items USPS, so if it’s closed for a Holiday, shipping will be delayed.

Pyrocrafters is run by myself, Aney Carver. I stay on top of our customer’s orders and request. If there are any delays for any reason, we will communication that with you. It’s always our goal to provide excellent customer service and get orders out as quickly as possible.

Communication. In case there are any delays with an order for any reason, it’s important that you provide us with correct addresses, phone numbers and emails so we can get in touch with you as soon as possible.

We ship to United States ONLY at the moment.  Most orders are processed the same or next business day.

  1. We will ship via the ground service of our choosing.  Please contact us if you need a product by a certain date.

  2. We do not have free return shipping.

  3. We reserve the right to change our shipping policies at any time, for any reason.

Continental United States

We primarily ship via USPS or through the UPS if the package is too large to ship via USPS.

Hawaii and Alaska

We ship your order via US Parcel Post or through US Priority Mail. Standard Shipping is for Parcel Post, however if you would like your order shipped faster, include a note with your order and we will gladly ship via priority mail and adjust the shipping charges.

Address Errors or Non-Delivery

If we are imposed shipping service charges due to your incorrect input on the website, the cost will be extended to you. Please input correct street numbers and zip codes. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If your credit card bill is received at another address other than the one listing as shipping address, such as a PO Box, please list that address under the billing address. UPS will attempt to deliver your package 3 times to your residence. We do not control whether UPS will leave a package without a signature. If UPS returns the package to us, we incur a charge and will pass that charge on to you. If you would like the package redelivered, we will again charge you to ship the package.


Expedited Shipping Services

We will be very happy to ship your order UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or UPS 3 day Select Service. However, this does not necessarily mean your order will be placed ahead of those requesting regular ground deliveries. Orders are processed in the order they arrive to us. The Expedited Shipping starts after the order is processed and will speed up ship time. Most orders take 24 to 48 hours for processing. Please call us or refer to the UPS shipping map to see if your order will need to be expedited. Customer service is vital to our company and we try to provide service that exceeds your expectations, so please give us a chance to show us how we can help you! Please remember that UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday as a day in shipment. For example, if your order ships on Thursday with a 2 day delivery service, Friday is the first day in their system and Monday is the second day or the day that it would be delivered.  Holidays are not considered as a day either.

Quality Guarantee

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of products shipped to you, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of your invoice date for credit or replacement. Product must be in original packaging and not opened.  All of our packages are insured for damages.  We must know about any damages within 30 days of the shipping date or we cannot file a claim against any of the shipping carriers that we use.  Please check your merchandise quickly upon arrival.  We cannot offer refunds for damaged merchandise over 30 days past the shipping date.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging

  • All items must be in its original condition

  • Must be within 30 days of purchase

  • Has to be a Ready to Ship item, Custom orders are not eligible for return


If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

No credit or refunds after 30 days. No Exceptions! All shortages or errors must be reported within 7 days. If we make a mistake, we will take care of the shipping charges. If you are returning merchandise for some other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If your original order was shipped to you freight free and you need to return the items for whatever reason, the original cost of shipping to you, will be deducted from your credit card reimbursement.
